How We Do It
Book a Project Consultation
Visit you at home or in your workplace -"virtually" or in person - to discuss your requirements and consider the options available.
We will listen to your requests and suggestions and incorporate these wherever possible into our proposals.
Where applicable, we can advise on Planning Permission and Building Control requirements.
Planning & Agreement
Following our discussions we shall provide a comprehensive Estimate for your consideration, along with any relevant information or draft sketches. This would normally be within a few working days of our visit.
Once the extent, costs and payment terms for the project have been agreed, a simple contract shall be presented for signature.
We Create Your Space
Your project shall then be fully managed by our experienced team who will liaise with you throughout the process.
We will prepare all necessary designs, obtain any required permissions, purchase the materials and provide professional personnel to carry out all of the works within an agreed timeframe and with the minimum of disruption possible - so that you don't have to worry about a thing!
Finishing tweaks
Once the project has been completed, rest assured that we will clear away all debris and arrange a final inspection with yourself to ensure that everything is to your complete satisfaction.
